All the users of Indian Galaxy Note can get the official update of ICS 4.0.4 on their device through Odin. Steps to Update Galaxy Note N7000 with Official DDLR6 ICS 4.0.4 Firmware
Step 1: Download Galaxy Note N7000 DDLR6 ICS 4.0.4 Firmware Package (http://adf.ly/Ce7br) in your computer.
Step 2: Download Odin (http://adf.ly/Ce7dc) and extract in your computer and open it.
Step 3: Now enter the phone into Download mode by pressing the Volume Up key, OK button and at the same time press the Power Button. Leave the buttons when the warning message appears on screen where you have to press the Volume Up key to continue and power button to enter the mode.
Step 4: Now attach the cable and connect the device to computer. When it is connected the Odin detects the device and turns a box to yellow color. If you find anything wrong then it means that the drivers are not installed properly then go to Settings-> Wireless & Network-> USB Settings and tick the Samsung KIES.
Step 5: Now click the PDA and select the following and then click on start to continue the update process:
Step 6: The update will finish in 6 minutes and will reboot automatically. Detach the cable and turn it off to enter into recovery mode by pressing the Volume Down key, OK button and then Power button. Then again press the Volume Down key to continue the recovery mode.
Step 7: In this mode select the Wipe data/factory reset-> Wipe Cache partition-> reboot system now to reboot in normal mode
